Bookings, payments, and cancellations
All catering requests require written confirmation and a non-refundable deposit to hold your event date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing; late cancellations may incur charges for preparation and staffing.
Allergies and client responsibilities
Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before your event — we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, location, guest count) in advance.
