4. Pricing and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the event date.
  • Full payment must be completed according to the agreed schedule prior to the event date.
  • Accepted payment methods will be specified in the invoice or on the Website.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Late cancellations may incur charges to cover preparation and staffing costs.
  • In cases of force majeure (events beyond reasonable control), the Company may offer rescheduling or credit at its discretion.

6. Allergies and Food Safety

  • Clients must notify us in advance of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities.
  • While we follow food safety and hygiene standards, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  • The client assumes responsibility for informing guests of potential risks.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Ensure proper access to the event location.
  • Comply with venue rules, permits, and local regulations.
  • Be responsible for any damages caused by guests, vendors hired by the client, or third parties during the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of the Company or licensed to it.
